1. Choose the date of your trip from the calendar beginning with the evening you arrive to Palm Beach, Florida USA.
2. Decide the number of days you would like to visit, for example 2, 3, 4 days etc. total.
3. Choose the destinations you would like to see to fill each day. Some destinations are full day events and some are partial day. *We can also choose and arrange the destinations for you based on your favorite ideas so please contact us for assistance'.
4. Decide the number of people in your group for example 1, 2, 4 etc.. You can then estimate the total cost using the price information on the Pricing page.
5. Fill in your contact information and submit. We will confirm the total price and the required down payment, usually this is 50% of the total.
6. Book your flight and hotel (not included in our tour price). We can assist with booking your hotel room if you desire.
7. Send us your travel itinerary on email so we can meet you. We suggest you fly to Palm Beach, Florida (PBI) usually connecting through New York, NY (JFK). We also recommend to use one of the fine hotels listed in our partner hotels menu.
8.. We will contact you and send a confirmation receipt for your visit.

Why Palm Beach? Our company is based in the Palm Beach, Florida area. This is a beautiful and relaxing part of Florida that is quieter with less population and traffic. Most of the tours are in or near this part of Florida. We do offer a few premium destinations to the Miami area for your added enjoyment. The average travel time to Miami from Palm Beach by car is 2 hours depending on traffic.

Florida weather - The Palm Beach, Florida area enjoys a sub-tropical climate. The weather is often sunny and warm in the winter months with high temperatures about 75F (24C). The summer months are quite warm with rain events that last a short time, high temperatures average 89F (31C) and the evenings are beautifully warm.
What to wear - We suggest warm weather clothing most importantly in the summer months. Very cool outwear is needed for sightseeing, hiking and any outdoor excursions. Florida is generally casual but feel free to bring fashionable, semi-formal attire to enjoy an upscale dining and dancing experience for the evening.

The beach - This is the best part of your trip. Good swimming attire, hats and sunscreen are recommended. Of course, you can visit the many wonderful "Surf Shops" to purchase great, fashionable swimwear and footwear to feel and look your best!
